Seals Construction Inc is seeking DVBE proposal from ALL TRADES.

The project consists of the following:

HVAC Replacement at Classroom Building 6 and Fine Arts Building 7 and the abandonment and removal of the existing central plant system at Building 8A.

Pre-Qualification is required for MEP Trades.

State Prevailing Wages shall apply.

Sub Bonds will be required for subcontracts over $100,000. Please include your Bond Cost / Bond Rate as a separate line item on your proposal.
