The Work includes a full removal and reconstruction of the median on Springfield Boulevard between Merrick Avenue and Lucas Street. The existing curbs and sidewalks will be removed and replaced with a new curb gutter system with stormwater inlets. Two stormwater detention systems will be installed along with all the necessary fill material. The landscaping at the median will be completely replaced with plantings conducive to water re-use. The pavement around the media will be replaced along with pavement markings.

Scope of works included: furnishing concrete, furnishing and installing concrete reinforcement, Landscaping, Rodent Control, Asphalt paving, and pavement markings.
