Project Details

JMB Construction, Inc. is seeking certified DBE/MBE/WBE subcontractor participation for construction of EBMUD's Lafayette Reservoir Recreation Area Wastewater Collection System Improvements.
We are seeking quotes for the following work items: Traffic Control, Trucking, Pavement Markings, Horizontal Directional Drilling, Asphalt Paving, Electrical & Instrumentation, Coatings, Structural Concrete.

Work Includes replacing approximately 600 feet of sewer gravity mains; 1,300 feet of 4-inch HDPE force main; replacing an underground sewer lift station with an above ground lift station; a 25kw backup generator, pad and all related wiring and connections. The contractor will also install a new radio tower and approximately 1,500 feet of conduit; and remove and replace 100 feet of wood retaining wall with a new concrete soldier wall.

Estimated cost of this work is $2.2M
