Project Details

This project consists of the construction of ADA compliant curb ramps, pedestrian refuge islands, and other pedestrian improvements at various intersections along San Pablo Ave. The project also consists of traffic signal modifications, signing and striping, installation of valley gutters, curb and gutter modifications, conform paving operations, and adjustment of various utility frame and covers to grade.
We are seeking quotes from vendors and subcontractors for the following: surveying, traffic control, electrical, potholing, stormwater pollution prevention services, storm drain contractors, saw-cutting, signage & striping, trucking, asphalt/baserock/concrete/lumber suppliers, dumping of dirt/concrete/asphalt.
This project has a DBE goal of 18%.

JJR Construction, Inc. is signatory to Laborers and Cement Masons Unions. Any non-signatory subcontractors will be required to sign an agreement for trades covered under our agreements. Contractors must possess a current contractor's license, insurance and workers compensation coverage meeting JJR's requirements and will be required to sign the standard JJR Subcontract Agreement. A copy of the insurance requirements and agreement can be obtained by contacting the estimator.
