Ray’s Electric is requesting written quotations from qualified DBE and Non-DBE sub-contractors and vendors for the above-named project. Engineer's Estimate is $2,243,000 and there is a DBE goal of 16%. The project consists of providing and implementing a traffic control plan; providing construction area signs; providing and implementing water pollution control plan; providing construction site management; sweeping streets; notifying and coordinating with utility companies, schools, businesses, and property owners; clearing and grubbing; constructing pedestrian ramps, installing mast arms, providing signal hardware improvements such as additional signal heads and implementing leading pedestrian interval, cleaning site; and constructing other related work necessary to complete said project as well as other work shown on the Plans and called for in the Specifications and as directed by the Engineer.
This Project is subject to the “Buy America” Provisions of the Surface Transportation Assistance Act of 1982 as amended by the Intermodal Surface Transportation Efficiency Act of 1991.

The Construction shall conform to Caltrans Standard Specifications and the Revised Standard Specifications with Special Provisions, entitled “Standard Plan and Standard Specification”, 2022 edition including latest Addendums and Revisions-Applies to Special Provisions.
