The major work consists of removing and reconstructing approximately 145,500 square feet of asphalt concrete pavement, furnishing and placing approximately 15,600 tons of aggregate base, 4,800 tons of asphalt concrete, constructing various concrete improvements, and other miscellaneous improvements on Inyo Avenue and Canal School Road in the City of Newman.
