City of Livermore requests Request For Qualifications And Proposals (RFQ/RFP) for three distinct On Call Professional Services: Category 1 - Structural Engineering; Category 2 - Construction Management, Inspection and Support Services; and Category 3 - Environmental Services for various projects.

Each category is a separate statement of qualification, and the consultant may submit on one or more of the Categories of Services.

These services are for various city capital improvement projects including, but not limited to roads, bridges, retaining structures, drainage facilities, utilities, facilities, airport, parks, trails, bicycle and pedestrian facilities, etc. Consultants may also be asked to assist in development review for private development projects. Services may include providing staff augmentation.

The funding for these projects may consist of local funds, Gas Tax, Measure Bb, Traffic Impact Fees, Park Fees, Water Resources Fees, Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) grants, Federal Highway Administration grants (FHWA), Federal Aviation Administration grants (FAA) and State funds, etc.

Projects with federal funding - The consultant shall comply with the affirmative steps in the federal requirements. The Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Participation (DBE) goal is 15%.

Projects with Alameda County Transportation Commission (Alameda CTC) funding must comply with Alameda CTC Local Business Contract Equity Program Requirements.
