We are seeking bids for building assemblies required for the renovation of an existing industrial building into an educational facility complete with classrooms, offices, food service areas, etc. The project includes removal and replacement of all Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing systems as well as structural changes to accommodate the building's new use. The MWVBE goal is 12% participation for this project.
