This project is to replace 2,005 light fixtures and/or components in the Silver Garage and 4,801 light fixtures and/or components in the Gold Garage with high efficiency LED light fixtures to improve lighting levels and achieve a significant energy savings. Contractor to supply 130 spare fixtures as noted in the contract documents. Quantities are approximations. Contractor to verify.

Bid Notes:
1.This is a Prevailing Wage Project. See the contract documents for the current Prevailing Wage Rates.
2.Subcontractors bidding a scope of work valued at $250,000.00 or more must provide a BID BOND. Bid Bonds shall be for 5% of the bid price and furnished on the AIA A310 Bid Bond Form.
3.All Subcontractors must use the BID FORM provided by Sletten Construction of NV, Inc. under separate cover.
