Interested parties are invited to submit qualifications for a CMAR project. Firms qualifying per NRS 338.16991 will be invited to bid the project. Qualification forms can be obtained by emailing a request to Randy Smith at rsmith@sletteninc.com or picked up at the Sletten Construction of NV, Inc. office.
Scope of the project includes a one-story 54,500 gross square foot stand-alone elementary school addition composed of structural steel, CMU and structural studs with an EIFS and CMU veneer. Also included are associated site improvements and utilities to develop a 4.9 acre parcel with parking lot, paved playgrounds and bus drop off area and ball fields. The project is known as “Preparatory Institute, School for Academic Excellence at Charles I. West Hall Elementary School Addition, Clark County School District MPID # 0013043.
