The Scope of work is the addition of a 16,000 sf Mobility Training Facility which will include Site Grading and Utilities, Landscape, Hardscape, Structural Concrete, Structural Steel, Millwork, Doors, Frames and Hardware, Roofing, Glass, Glazing, Curtain and Curtain Wall, Exterior Metal Framing, Interior Metal Framing, Drywall, Painting, Flooring, Specialties and Appliances, Fire Sprinklers, Plumbing, Mechanical, BMS, Electrical, Security, CCTV and Access Controls for the project known as: RTC Mobility Transit Center.

Interested parties are invited to submit qualifications for a CMAR Project. The Owner is the Regional Transportation District of Southern Nevada. Short listed firms will be invited to bid the project.
