PKAD Architecture and Design is a prime contractor with NYS working in the NY Rising Program. We are looking for the following sub-consultants and/or skill sets:

- Licensed Surveyors
- Permit and Variance Expediters
- DEC Permit Expediters
- BIM Drafting: Revit Operator Only
