Kentucky Transportation Cabinet seeks input on DBE goals

The Office for Civil Rights and Small Business Development (OCRSBD) for the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet (KYTC) is currently in the midst of developing its triennial disadvantaged business enterprise (DBE) participation goals for federally-assisted transportation projects. If approved, the goal will go into effect for a period of three years starting October 1st, 2022.

In light of this, KYTC is soliciting public comment and input on the DBE participation goals (which, once published, will be available at https://transportation.ky.gov/Civil-Rights-and-Small-Business-Development/Pages/default.aspx). Further information about the DBE goals and about KYTC is also available by calling 502-782-4816.  The comment period on the DBE participation goals will be from June 15 through July 25 of 2022.
