Massachusetts DPU announces 2022-2024 DBE goal

The Department of Public Utilities (DPU) Transportation Oversight Division for the State of Masschusetts has announced its disadvantaged business enterprise (DBE) participation goal for federally-assisted projects for 2022 through 2024. The figure has been set at 4.1 percent.

The DBE goal is projected to be met by means 3.1 percent race- and gender-conscious methods and 1 percent race- and gender-neutral methods. Fiscal year 2022 will be the first year for the DPU's DBE program. DPU is expecting $752,000 worth of federally-assisted projects during fiscal years 2022 through 2024.
