Duluth Transit Authority proposes DBE utilization goal

The Duluth Transit Authority (DTA) has published a proposed DBE participation goal for fiscal years 2022 through 2024, which will be submitted to the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) for approval. The goal has been proposed as being 2 percent.

DTA will be accepting public comment on the goal for a thirty-day period which started on July 2nd, 2021. The Federal Transit Administration (FTA) will be accepting comment on the DTA goal for a forty-five-day period following that same date.
