SANDAG establishes DBE participation goal for 2022-2024

The San Diego Association of Governments (SANDAG) has published a draft of their Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Goal-Setting Methodology for Federal Fiscal Years (FFY) 2022-2024. The document includes a proposed DBE participation goal of 9.8 percent during fiscal years 2022 through 2024.

SANDAG will be accepting written testimony not only on the proposed goal, but on the SANDAG DBE program in general, the experiences of DBEs in seeking contract work from SANDAG, and starting and operating a business in the transportation sector.
