Norfolk International Airport proposes triennial DBE goal

Norfolk International Airport (ORF) has published a proposed overall participation goal for its Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) program for fiscal years 2021 through 2023. That goal is 11.3 percent for all ORF projects funded through the Federal Aviation Administration Airport Improvement Program (FAA-AIP) in that time period.
