Rock Region METRO publishes DBE participation goal

Rock Region METRO has published its participation goal for disadvantaged business enterprises (DBEs) for fiscal years 2021 through 2023, and is receiving public comment on the goal.

The goal has been set at 2.8 percent for projects receiving U.S. DOT funds. Rock Region METRO stated that they set the goal by examining future spending and the number of ready, willing, and able businesses that provide services typically needed on relevant projects. Rock Region METRO intends to meet its entire DBE goal through race-neutral means. 

The agency invites comments on the recommended goal through 5 PM, Monday, July 27, 2020 via the physical mail at:
