New York State Senate holding joint public hearing on MWBE program

The New York State Senate's Labor Committee is holding a joint public hearing in Watertown, New York, on July 17th, 2018, starting at 10 AM, on the subject of the state's Minority- and Women-Owned Business Enterprises (MWBE) program. The hearing proposes to examine the program, and, in the words of the official notice (available at https://www.nysenate.gov/calendar/public-hearings/july-17-2018/joint-public-hearing-examine-minority-and-women-owned-business), to "consider potential legislative solutions to create a more effective and efficient program to enhance New York’s business climate".

The hearing is to be held in the 11th floor conference room of the Dulles State Office Building, at 317 Washington St, Watertown, NY 13601. Oral testimony is being heard by invitation only.
