DBE/ACDBE Final Rule - Eligibility Requirements webinar

The U.S. Department of Transportation (USDOT) is hosting a webinar on the recently-implemented "final rule" making numerous updates to the Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) and Airport Concession Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (ACDBE) programs. This specific session covers certification eligibility requirements, and how the final rule has changed those requirements, with regard in particular to ownership, control, and independence provisions, the personal net worth cap changes, and more. The webinar will run from 1 PM to 3 PM EST.
