County of San Diego Lunch & Learn Series - Module 2

The County of San Diego, in partnership with Socal APEX Accelerator (formerly PTAC, and which serves San Diego, Orange, and Imperial counties) is hosting a three-part "Lunch and Learn" webinar series. The presentation for the second module covers knowing what to expect from the procurement process, with the aim of creating a solid foundation for success in competing for County contracts. A subject matter expert will give an overview of the sales cycle, insurance and bonding requirements, invoicing and the County payment process, and more, with examples of common mistakes to avoid.
