Certifications for Veteran Owned Businesses

Norcal Procurement Technical Assistance Center (PTAC) is hosting an informational webinar for the benefit of veteran business owners. There are a variety of business certifications available to such certifications at the state and federal levels that can aid veterans in seeking government procurement work. The webinar will particularly cover the Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise (DVBE) certification from the State of California, and the Veteran-Owned Small Business (VOSB) and Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) certifications from the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA). An introduction to the benefits of getting certified as well as step-by-step breakdowns of how to apply will be presented.
