Caltrans North Region Virtual Contractor's Boot Camp - Part Six

Caltrans Districts 1, 2, and 3 for Northern California are hosting a six-part Virtual Contractor's Boot Camp event online. Caltrans representatives will present an array of training sessions, tips, presentations, and more throughout all six events. The sixth of six events, on January 28th, 2021, will consist of an "Estimating & Bidding - The Basics" presentation and a "You have a Contract, Now What?" Q&A panel. Norcal PTAC staff will present attendees with guidance on the bid format, preparing the necessary spreadsheets, pricing, take-offs, and more. The Q&A panel to follow will cover understanding contract requirements, accessing PTAC supportive services, making use of plans and specs, and more.
