Government Contracting and Bid Protests

Norcal Procurement Technical Assistance Center (PTAC) is hosting an online webinar on the topic of "Government Contracting and Bid Protests". The workshop aims to give attendees a better understanding of the nuts and bolts of procurement and contract execution, with a particular view to common bidding issues, bid protests, claims and termination, and more. The workshop will cover both how to prepare and litigate a bid protest if deemed necessary, and, additionally, how to defend yourself against a bid protest as the winning bidder.
