DGS and Caltrans District 10 are teaming up to present a webinar on "Finding Opportunities with the State and Caltrans" specifically geared towards those certified as a Small Business or Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise (SBE or DVBE). Topics covered will include information on contracts exempt from advertising, leveraged procurement agreements, understanding the meaning of "commercially useful function", avoiding common mistakes, and more. The webinar will also include a live Q&A portion.
