Norcal PTAC is hosting an online event on "Estimating & Bidding: Best Practices" on July 29th, 2020, as part of its "Public Works Web Series", meant to help firms go from the basics to a better working knowledge of finding, estimating, bidding on, and manging public works contracts. This particular session will focus the ins and outs of the bidding and estimating process, with common pitfalls and do's and don't's, covering labor agreements, bonding, costs, and more, including COVID-19 protocols.
