Certification 101: Overview and Application Packet Review

The City of Austin's Small and Minority Business Resources Department (SMBR) is hosting a "Certification 101" workshop at the One Texas Center. The workshop will provide attendees with an overview of the various certifications available to business owners (MBE, WBE, DBE, and SBE among them), which ones are provided by which agencies, what benefits they can provide to a business owner, and the like. The workshop will also consist of an opportunity to go over the relevant application packets.
