DBE and SWaM Outreach Event for Hampton Roads Bridge-Tunnel Expansion

The Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT) is hosting an outreach event for DBEs and SWaMs regarding the Hampton Roads Bridge-Tunnel Expansion project. The project is a large upcoming contract which will involve not only constructing a bridge-tunnel but highway widening work. DBEs and SWaMs, who are encouraged to attend, will have an opportunity to learn more about the project and about doing business with VDOT directly from VDOT representatives. Businesses that are not currently certified as a DBE or a SWaM are also encouraged to attend, as resources relating to attaining certification will be available.
