The program summary on this page was last updated on 02/28/2019. If any of the information or links are out-of-date, please contact us.

The Minority and Woman-Owned Business (M/WBE) Office of Dallas County aims to ensure the greatest possible involvement of qualified M/WBEs in the procurement processes of the county. Registration as a M/WBE with Dallas County can be accomplished by returning the relevant form to the Purchasing Department of Dallas County. One can be registered as a MBE or WBE by certification from the North Texas Regional Certification Agency (NCTRCA), the Dallas/Fort Worth Minority Supplier Development Council (DFWMSDC), the Women’s Business council Southwest (WBCS), or the Texas State Historically Underutilized Businesses (HUB). The WBCS can certify one as a WBE, the DFWMSDC as a MBE, and the NCTRCA as either a MBE or a WBE.
