The State of Delaware's Office of Supplier Diversity's (OSD) mission is to ensure that businesses owned by minorities (MBEs), women (WBEs), veterans (VOBEs), service disabled veterans (SDVOBEs), and individuals with disabilities (IWDBEs) can participate on state procurements. As part of this mission, the OSD hosts events, certifies firms with the appropriate business designation, and maintains a directory of certified MBEs, WBEs, VOBEs, SDVOBEs, and IWDBEs.

Does this certification expire? Certifications are valid for up to three years. A renewal reminder will be mailed 60 days before expiry of certification. A recertification affidavit is available on the OSD's website.
