The Contract Compliance Office within the City of Waterloo's Community Development Office is in charge or certifying eligible companies as minority and women-owned businesses (MBE/WBEs). Once certified, the Contract Compliance Office will match the MBE/WBE with city contracts that match their capabilities. Businesses interested in becoming a certified MBE/WBE with the City of Waterloo must contact the Contract Contract Compliance office for more information.
