Rotolo Consultants, Inc are requesting a price per acre quote from a Certified Landscaping and Maintenance Company for Cut/Blow/Edge services. We are also seeking material price for mulch and installation quote.

Scope of work includes:
Mowing, trimming, and edging
Mulching
Maintenance of turf and lawn areas along sidewalks, walkways, and trees around campus

State of Texas Certified HUB Goal is 21.1%.

Insurance Requirements
Comprehensive General Liability: $1,000,000 Single Limit for each
occurrence for bodily injury and property damage combined.
Excess Liability: $1,000,000
Automotive Liability: $1,000,000 Single Limit for each occurrence for bodily
injury and property damage combined.
Bodily injury by disease $1,000,000 per each employee
Workers Compensation Insurance: Covering all the Service Provider's
