The project consists of providing a Comprehensive Modernization of existing buildings on campus consisting of a new roof covering & associated components; repairs & replacement of parts/equipment to existing HVAC & Electrical & Plumbing systems components of campus buildings and central plant that are identified on the drawings & specifications. Architectural and Structural component repair & replacement work as identified on drawings & specifications are to be included in the scope of work.
