Truckee Meadows Water Authority (TMWA) is accepting statements of qualifications for firms to provide professional services for upcoming federally funded projects for the following categories: National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) Consultant, Federal Compliance Specialist, Materials and Compaction Testing, and Owners Representative Construction Management. Federal Conditions will apply.

Statements of Qualification (SOQ) must be submitted electronically via the online bidding system (NGEM). The link can be found at https://tmwa.com/doing-business-with-us/bidding-opportunities/. SOQ’s must be RECEIVED NOT LATER THAN 2:00 P.M. on August 9, 2023. Forms received after the date and time set for receipt will be REJECTED. Facsimile and Hard Copy forms will NOT be accepted.
