Truckee Meadows Water Authority (TMWA) invites qualified ICEs to submit proposals for the Advanced Purified Water Facility at American Flat �" Independent Cost Estimator (ICE) & Project Schedule Management Services. Proposals shall be submitted in accordance with the Documents and Requirements as set forth in the formal “Request for Proposals.” The Project goal includes production of category A+ Advanced Purified Water (APW), meeting the State of Nevada category A+ requirements and testing of feasibility and operational aspects of aquifer storage and recovery using APW at the American Flat site. The estimated construction cost is $86M and construction is anticipated to start in the spring of 2024.
