This Project is a Demolition of Residential Properties (10 Houses) at University Center Drive.
Martin Harris Construction is signatory to the Carpenter's Union for all scopes of work claimed by the Carpenter's Union.
The scope of the work includes Safe-off and Demolition of all the existing facilities including walls, floorings, ceilings, electrical, mechanical, plumbing & existing utility facilities. Cap abandoned utility lines. Patch/repair of existing sidewalks, curbs and gutters as well as asphalt paving.
