Community business enterprise (CBE) Subs/Suppliers required include but are not limited to: SWPPP, temporary erosion control, surface water diversion, scheduling, shoring, treated wood waste removal/hauling, dust control, noise assessment/mitigation, quality control, trucking, water truck, street sweeping, clear and grub, demolition, structure excavation and backfill, unclassified excavation and fill, imported borrow, wildlife exclusionary fencing, hand railings, concreted rock slope protection, aggregates, saw cutting, drain inlet & trash rack, structural concrete, structure concrete bridge, retaining walls, joint seal (bridge), rock dowels, safety net, aesthetic treatment, CIDH piling, concrete barriers, furnish & erect pre-stressed girders, shotcrete, PCC pavement, minor concrete curb and gutters, fencing, guardrail systems, structural steel, mechanical work, miscellaneous metals, underground utilities, pipe supply, concrete supply, rebar, pavement markings, bridge deck treatment, electrical. Ames Construction, Inc. will work with subcontractors and suppliers to breakdown items into economical feasible packages and to establish delivery/construction schedules to allow for maximum CBE participation.

Ames will require bidder to provide performance and payment bonds for the full amount of the Subcontract values. Costs of the bonds are to be provided as a separate line item.
