Is seeking qualified City of Oakland LBE and SLBE

Ray's electric is requesting written quotations from qualified City of Oakland L/SLBE subcontractors, suppliers, vendors and truckers for the City of Oakland - 1001563 Foothill Pedestrian Safety Improvements Project. The project consists of installation of pedestrian improvements to three intersections on Foothill Blvd in Oakland, improvements include a new rectangular rapid flashing beacon at 26th Ave, a new traffic signal and improved crosswalks at 27th Ave and a new concrete median at Belvedere St as well as other work shown on the plans.
The Construction shall conform to City of Oakland Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction 2015 Edition, Standard Details for Public Works Construction 2002 Edition and the State of California Department of Transportation (CALTRANS) Standard Specifications and Standard Plans 2010 Edition.
L/SLBE Goal: 50% , 150 Working Days, Engineers Estimate: $634,500.00

The Project is subject to the Buy America Provisions of the Surface Transportation Assistance Act of 1982 as amended by the Intermodal Surface Transportation Efficiency Act of 1991.
