Project Details
Piazza Construction is seeking the use of DBE, MBE, WBE and DVBE subcontractors and suppliers for the following aspects of the job: 18" drilled holes, furnish, drill and install tiebacks, W10x33 soldier piles, timber lagging, 3/4" crushed rock, class 2 AB, wood handrail, permanent erosion control.

100% performance and payment bonds may be required. Subcontractors must possess a valid contractor's license, DIR registration number, and current insurance. Contractors and suppliers to provide proof of current DBE certification with proposal. Contractor shall take out and maintain during the life of the contract, a Commercial General Liability Policy, with a minimum limit as defined within the contract documents, naming Piazza Construction as additionally insured.
