SCOPE: Alten Construction has been awarded this Design-Build Guaranteed Max Price project and is requesting bids from subcontractors - Approx. Dates 6/2022 to 6/2025

PLA & Prevailing Wage Required / Skilled & Trained Workforce Requirements / 5% Retention / See Insurance Requirements Extracted from Owner Contract to include in your bid / RFI Deadline is ASAP / Please note that MEP/FS Subcontractors have already been selected as part of our Design-Build Team / 1 Year Warranty Duration (unless specified otherwise in your section) / Non-Mandatory Site Visit will be scheduled - Notice pending from Procore

It is now State of CA law to provide CSLB license #'s & DIR #'s on sub lists - make sure to have them on your bid scope!
Alten Construction may implement a CCIP (Contractor Controlled Insurance Program) on this or any Project
Subcontractors & Suppliers are required to comply with Alten's standard subcontract(s) which can be found on our website www.altenconstruction.com

TRADES NEEDED (but not limited to):
HazMat Abatement; Demolition; Building Demolition; Earthwork, and Underground Site Utilities. Note that MEP/FS Safe-off has already been awarded.
