Services and supplies being solicited include: AC dike, aggregate base, asphalt paving, concrete supplies, CRCP rebar, dirt disposal, erosion control, fencing, guardrail, joint seal, landscaping / hydroseed, minor concrete, pavement marking/ striping, pipe supply, precast structures, quality control, reinforced concrete pipe, sawcut, signs, survey, SWPPP, traffic control, trucking, electrical.

Any business supplying a subcontract quote for this project must be registered with Department of Industrial relations pursuant to Labor Code Sections 1725.5. Kiewit Infrastructure is signatory to the Carpenters, Cement Masons, Laborers and Operating Engineers Unions. The DBE goal for this project is 23% and we are encouraging participation from certified subcontractors and vendors.

In order to assist disadvanted business enterprises, where feasible we will divide items of work into smaller tasks or quantities and establish delivery and construction schedules which will permit maximum participation.
