Ray's Electric is requesting written quotations from qualified DBE subcontractors and vendors for the City of Oakland - 1000977 Safety Improvements of Railroad Crossing at 85th Avenue and 105th Avenue. General Work Description: The project consists of installing railroad crossing safety improvements at two railroad crossing at 85th Avenue and 105th Avenue in Oakland, new sidewalks, detectable warning strips, signage, median island as well as other work shown on the plans.
The Construction shall conform to Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction 2015 Edition, Standard Details for Public Works Construction 2002 Edition and The State of California Department of Transportation (CALTRANS) Standard Specifications and Standard Plans date 2015 Edition.
DBE Goal: 44%, 80 Working Days, Engineers Estimate $895,810.00

The Project is subject to the Buy America Provisions of the Surface Transportation Assistance Act of 1982 as amended by the Intermodal Surface Transportation Efficiency Act of 1991.
