• WALSH CONSTRUCTION operates as a UNION contractor

• Subcontractors shall be held to the owners requirements, including but not limited to, Bond, Insurance and Liquidated Damages. Please contact Walsh to discuss any exceptions. All deviations shall be in writing by Walsh prior to bid close.

* Pricing must be held for 60 days after bid close to allow for award. If you are not able to hold your pricing please contact our estimating department to discuss.
