Piazza Construction is seeking the use of DVBE subcontractors and suppliers for the following aspects of the job: lead compliance plan, traffic control system, temporary traffic stripe and pavement markers, portable changeable message sign, temporary railing (type k), temporary crash cushion, temporary traffic screen, water pollution control program, temporary drainage inlet protection, temporary fiber roll, asbestos compliance plan, remove yellow thermoplastic traffic stripe (hazardous waste), treated wood waste, noise monitoring, temporary high visibility fence, structure backfill, imported borrow, bonded fiber matrix, fiber rolls, class 2 AB, HMA (type A), HMA dike (type C), HMA dike (type F), structural concrete, joint seal ((MR 1"), rebar, sign structure, refinish bridge deck, refinish concrete surface, carbon fiber reinforced polymer strip, minor concrete, anti-graffiti coating, remove pavement marker, laminated panel sign, midwest guardrail system, in-line terminal system, vegetation control, chain link railing, concrete barrier (type 732 SW), concrete barrier (type 836 modified), thermoplastic pavement marking (EWNV), 6" thermoplastic stripe (EWNV), traffic striping, modifying light systems.

100% performance and payment bonds may be required. Subcontractors must possess a valid contractor's license, DIR registration number, and current insurance. Contractors and suppliers to provide proof of current DVBE certification with proposal. Contractor shall take out and maintain during the life of the contract, a Commercial General Liability Policy, with a minimum limit as defined within the contract documents, naming Piazza Construction and the project owner as additionally insured.
