The work, in general, consists of constructing embankments; culverts; headwalls; retaining
walls; grading; slope protection; asphalt paving; concrete paving; fencing; striping and signage
and doing other work appurtenant thereto

Assistance will be available in obtaining bonds, lines of credit,
insurance, necessary equipment, supplies,
materials or related technical assistance.
