The Project is located on Third Street from Grand Avenue to Lootens Place, and is described as follows: demolition, installation of sidewalk, curb and gutter, curb ramps, drainage improvements, traffic signals and
fiber optic conduit, pull boxes, cables and other associated materials and work.
This project will also include the modification of several traffic signals, the
replacement of street lights, and striping improvements.
