Project Details
August-Jaye Construction is seeking DVBE, MBE, SBE firms to provide proposals for the work involved with the McDowell Child Development Center Tenant Improvement and Access Compliance project. The project scope generally consists of the modernization of a 2,850 sf one story modular. Improvements include demolition, lighting, HVAC, interior finishes, new separate storage building, covered walkway, and site upgrades. All subcontractors, vendors, suppliers are encouraged to provide a bid proposal.
