a. Removal and proper disposal of existing lower wood retaining wall and posts
b. Removal and replacement of the existing wood posts on the upper wood retaining wall.
c. Installation of poured-in-place concrete seat wall with piers to replace lower wood
retaining wall.
d. Installation of ipe wood siding over the concrete seat wall.
e. Abatement of hazardous materials.
f. Miscellaneous patch and repair of existing play yard paving
