This project is Non-OCIP. Please review all insurance documents and ensure proper costs are included in your proposal.

The Rehabilitation of Emergency Exit #302N at 168th Street Station is a comprehensive project that includes the demolition and rehabilitation of the entire emergency exit staircase including the flight of stairs, landings, steel support framing, and steel struts. Additional work will include repair concrete and waterproof the fan shaft walls, provided new lighting fixtures, conduits, and wire throughout the emergency exit.

Project solicitation needs include, but are not limited to the following scope:
CPM Scheduling, survey, noise and vibration monitoring, progress photo & video, concrete supply, rebar supply, rebar installation, concrete unit masonry (CMU), structural steel supply & installation, miscellaneous metal supply & installation, door supply, painting, intumescent fireproofing, granite floor tile supply & installation, mechanical, plumbing, and electrical & communications.
