The work to be done consists of installing ADA compliant curb ramps at multiple locations in the unincorporated Bay Point, Pacheco, Rodeo, and Contra Costa Centre areas. The engineer's cost estimate for this project is $1,931,000.

This project has a minority business enterprises (MBEs), women business enterprises (WBEs), disabled veteran business enterprises (DVBEs), other business enterprises (OBEs), small business enterprises (SBEs), and local business enterprises (LBE's) goals.

JJR Construction, Inc is requesting subcontractor and supplier bids from qualified DBE/MBE/WBE/OBE/SBE/LBE/DVBE for the following (but not limited to) work/items: construction survey, construction area signs, traffic control, saw cutting, SWPPP, lumber, trucking, sweepers, asphalt, base rock, concrete, rebar, demolition of concrete/asphalt, dumping of PCC/AC/Dirt.

JJR Construction, Inc. is signatory to Laborers and Cement Masons Unions. Any non-signatory subcontractors will be required to sign an agreement for trades covered under our agreements. Contractors must possess a current contractor's license, insurance and workers compensation coverage meeting JJR's requirements and will be required to sign the standard JJR Subcontract Agreement. A copy of the insurance requirements and agreement can be obtained by contacting the estimator.
